Fatma Karaçam's passion for art started with metal many years ago.
Seeing cold and hard metals gain identity as they are skillfully shaped taught him the power of transformation. However, the real transformation was when the clay came to life in his hands. This journey, where ceramics and metal intertwined, began to write its own story with the birth of the “fatinye” brand in 2019.

Fatinye is a workshop that tells the timeless stories of Istanbul with ceramics... The cats that have taken over the streets of the city, the seagulls dancing with the wind, the plump ladies whispering in the neighborhood corners, are revived in the skillfully kneaded clay. Each figure is a salute to the memory of the city, each object is a carrier of experiences... Every sculpture and object produced here exists to touch you, to speak to you, to live with you. Because every work of art seeks a soul that is willing to understand and love it.
